What is the difference between the Outdoor/Indoor Version and the Indoor Versions of the Chestnut by Avenlur?
Features & design are same – the Outdoor/Indoor is made of a durable Pine that can be left in the rain or sun and wont get ruined, and folded and brought inside as well. The Indoor is made of a softer Pine and should not be left outside in the rain
What is the difference between the large and medium Chestnut?
Both Chestnuts have the same features,
Large measures 59″ Tall x57″ Wide x82″ Long Monkey bars extended (46″ when Monkey bars are folded in)
Medium measures 46″ Tall x50″ Wide x63″ Long Monkey bars are extended (37″ when Monkey bars are folded in)
What are the recommended age and weight limits?
The Chestnut is recommended for ages 18 months- 6 years, but has been tasted for safety for children as young as 12 months. Many 7-8 year olds enjoy it as well, as the maximum weight is 300 lbs. so 3-4 children can safely play at the same time.
What is required for assembly and how long does it take to assemble?
You do not need any special tools for assembly. We have a great assembly video that guides you and makes putting the Chestnut together a smooth process. Two people working together can assemble the Chestnut in 1-2 hours.
Can the Chestnut be folded and easily stored or moved inside and outside?
Yes! Chestnut folds away for easy storage or to move from inside to outside. If you do not want to worry about leaving it outside in the rain or prolong sun, we recommend you get our outdoor/indoor version which is weather resistant as well!
